Who we are

SellerDragon is operated by Epium (“SellerDragon”, “we”, “us”). SellerDragon is a software tool for Amazon sellers and agencies: it delivers a seller’s own business data into their own Google Sheets and provides a control panel for day-to-day account operations (PPC management, listing work, performance overview).

Privacy questions and requests: [email protected].

What we collect

Your account data

When you register interest in or subscribe to SellerDragon we collect the information you give us: name, email address, company details, and billing information. We use it to provide the service, bill you, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.

Your Amazon seller data

When you connect a seller account, you authorize SellerDragon through Amazon’s official authorization flows (Login with Amazon) for the Selling Partner API and the Amazon Ads API. Under that authorization we retrieve business data for the connected account – orders, sales and traffic, fees and settlements, inventory, listing information, and advertising performance data. This data is retrieved solely to provide the service to you, and the scopes you grant can be reviewed and revoked by you at any time in Seller Central.

What we deliberately do not keep

SellerDragon is not an FBM shipping, fulfilment, buyer messaging, or customer service tool. Any customer (buyer) personally identifiable information included in Amazon API responses is treated as unwanted data and discarded immediately during ingestion, before it is written to SellerDragon databases. We do not store buyer names, shipping addresses, or buyer contact details.

Data isolation, by design

SellerDragon is built with account-level data isolation by design. Each seller account is stored in a separate database, so data from unrelated Selling Partners is not pooled into shared customer reporting tables.

Where an agency or authorized user manages multiple seller accounts, SellerDragon may provide consolidated views only for the accounts that user is authorized to access. These views are limited to that authorized user’s own managed accounts.

SellerDragon does not combine data from unrelated customers for resale, benchmarking, publication, disclosure to other sellers, or insights about Amazon’s business.

Where your data goes

At your direction, SellerDragon writes your business data (orders, sales, fees, inventory, listing information) into Google Sheets documents that you own and control. Advertising data is not written to Google Sheets; it remains inside the SellerDragon control panel. Beyond the destinations you configure, we share personal data only with the service providers needed to run SellerDragon (hosting, payment processing, transactional email), each bound to process it only on our instructions.

Amazon policy compliance

We handle information received through Amazon APIs in accordance with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. Access to production data within SellerDragon is restricted, logged, and limited to what operating the service requires.

Retention and deletion

We retain your seller data for as long as your account is active, so the service can show history and trends. If you disconnect a seller account or terminate your subscription, the associated seller data is deleted from SellerDragon systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, invoicing records). You may request deletion at any time at [email protected].

Cookies

The public website uses only the cookies required for it to function (such as session and form-security cookies). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and adjust the date at the top. Material changes affecting active subscribers will also be announced by email.
