Your P&L lives in a spreadsheet. So does your data now.
Orders, sales, fees, inventory, listings and Brand Analytics – pulled from Amazon's APIs and landed in Google Sheets you own, under your formulas, with history backfilled on connect. No CSV downloads. No export button held for ransom.
Freshness
Fresh is the whole point.
Some tools throttle sync cadence by plan and sell the speed back as an upgrade. We think that's offensive.
Data is never delayed, on any plan. As we get it from Amazon – typically within 15 to 60 minutes – you see it.
The feeds
What lands in your Google Sheet.
Point any feed at any Google Sheet. Your formulas, templates and dashboards keep working – the data just shows up by itself.
Sales & order analytics
Orders, units, revenue totals, period buckets by ASIN and SKU.
Finance & settlement audit
Finance events, settlements, reimbursements, storage and overage fees.
Inventory, inbound & restock
FBA snapshots, inbound shipments, restock recommendations, stranded stock.
Product & listing data
ASIN/SKU mapping, catalog fields, seller listings, product metadata.
Listing health & issues
Suppressed listings, catalog issues, severity and status tracking.
Brand Analytics / SQP
Search Query Performance, query totals, ASIN and brand coverage.
Buy Box & pricing signals
Buy Box status, offer rows, pricing signals.
Returns & performance
FBA returns, return reasons, account health metrics.
History, backfilled
Connect an account and walk in with your history intact – trends from day one.
The one deliberate exception
Ad data stays in the control panel. It's too multidimensional to flatten into rows and columns honestly – campaigns, placements, hours, targets and search terms don't survive a spreadsheet without lying a little. We won't pretend otherwise. Work the ads in the dashboard, or ask your AI through MCP.
Ownership
It's your sheet. We just deliver to it.
Your spreadsheet is probably a decade of accumulated judgement – restock math, margin models, the weird column only you understand. SellerDragon doesn't replace it. It feeds it.
Point a feed at any sheet you own. Rearrange, add tabs, build on top – the feed lands where you told it to and your formulas keep working. Cancel some day? The sheets are yours. They simply stop updating.
For the number nerds. You know who you are – our founder is one of you.
Numbers agree across doors. The dashboard and your AI read the same isolated store the sheets are fed from – so the number in cell C14, on the dashboard, and in your AI's answer is the same number.
