SellerDragon

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 July 2026

1. What SellerDragon is

SellerDragon, operated by Epium (“we”, “us”), is a software service for Amazon sellers and agencies. It delivers a connected seller account’s business data into Google Sheets documents owned by the customer, and provides a control panel for day-to-day account operations such as PPC management, listing optimization, and performance overview. These terms govern your use of the service and of this website.

2. Beta status

SellerDragon is currently offered as a private beta. During the beta, features may change, be added, or be removed; access may be granted, paused, or withdrawn at our discretion; and the service is provided without availability commitments. We will communicate material changes to active users by email.

3. Accounts and eligibility

SellerDragon is a professional tool for business use. To use it you must operate, or be authorized to manage, the Amazon seller account(s) you connect. You may only connect seller accounts you are entitled to access, and you are responsible for ensuring that authorization remains valid. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Amazon authorization

SellerDragon accesses Amazon data exclusively through Amazon’s official interfaces (the Selling Partner API and the Amazon Ads API) under authorizations you grant via Login with Amazon. You may revoke those authorizations at any time in Seller Central; doing so will stop the corresponding data feeds. You remain responsible for your own compliance with Amazon’s terms applicable to your seller account.

5. Fees

Subscription plans and prices are shown on the front page. Fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from the next billing period after the notice. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.

6. Your data

Data retrieved from your connected seller accounts remains your data. We process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy – including account-level data isolation, no pooling of unrelated customers’ data, and immediate discarding of buyer PII during ingestion. On termination, seller data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SellerDragon to violate Amazon’s policies or any law; attempt to access data of seller accounts you are not authorized to manage; probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service; or resell access to the service without our written agreement.

8. Changes you make through the service

The control panel applies changes you initiate (for example bid changes, negatives, budgets, or listing updates) to your Amazon account through Amazon’s APIs. You review and decide; SellerDragon executes. You are responsible for the business decisions you make with the tool, including their outcomes on your Amazon account.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its software, and its design remain the property of Epium. We claim no ownership of your data or of your Amazon account content.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Amazon data availability, accuracy, and timing depend on Amazon’s APIs and are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or – during the beta – as part of managing the beta program. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms, unless mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise.
