Who we are
SellerDragon is operated by Epium Ltd, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom, company registration no. 04130468 (“SellerDragon”, “we”, “us”). SellerDragon is a software tool for Amazon sellers and agencies: it delivers a seller’s own business data into their own Google Sheets™ and provides a control panel for day-to-day account operations (PPC management, listing work, performance overview).
Privacy questions and requests: support@sellerdragon.com.
What we collect
Your account data
When you register interest in or subscribe to SellerDragon we collect the information you give us: name, email address, company details, and billing information. We use it to provide the service, bill you, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
Your Amazon seller data
When you connect a seller account, you authorize SellerDragon through Amazon’s official authorization flows (Login with Amazon) for the Selling Partner API and the Amazon Ads API. Under that authorization we retrieve business data for the connected account – orders, sales and traffic, fees and settlements, inventory, listing information, and advertising performance data. This data is retrieved solely to provide the service to you, and the scopes you grant can be reviewed and revoked by you at any time in Seller Central.
What we deliberately do not keep
SellerDragon is not an FBM shipping, fulfilment, buyer messaging, or customer service tool. Any customer (buyer) personally identifiable information included in Amazon API responses is treated as unwanted data and discarded immediately during ingestion, before it is written to SellerDragon databases. We do not store buyer names, shipping addresses, or buyer contact details.
Data isolation, by design
SellerDragon is built with account-level data isolation by design. Each seller account is stored in a separate database, so data from unrelated Selling Partners is not pooled into shared customer reporting tables.
Where an agency or authorized user manages multiple seller accounts, SellerDragon may provide consolidated views only for the accounts that user is authorized to access. These views are limited to that authorized user’s own managed accounts.
SellerDragon does not combine data from unrelated customers for resale, benchmarking, publication, disclosure to other sellers, or insights about Amazon’s business.
Where your data goes
At your direction, SellerDragon writes your business data (orders, sales, fees, inventory, listing information, and advertising performance) into Google Sheets™ documents that you own and control. This delivery is read-only reporting: a spreadsheet can never make changes to your Amazon account. Acting on your data – bid changes, budgets, negatives, listing updates – happens only through the SellerDragon control panel or an AI client you have connected, where every change is staged before submission. Beyond the destinations you configure, we share personal data only with the service providers needed to run SellerDragon (hosting, payment processing, transactional email), each bound to process it only on our instructions.
Google user data (SellerDragon add-on for Google Sheets™)
The SellerDragon add-on for Google Sheets™ uses Google APIs only to place your SellerDragon data into the spreadsheet where you use the add-on, and to keep that data up to date.
What the add-on accesses
- Cells that contain SellerDragon formulas (formulas starting with
DRAGON_) in that spreadsheet: their position (tab and cell) and their arguments, including the values of any cells you reference as arguments. - The ID of the spreadsheet and of its tabs, so results are written back to the right place.
The add-on does not open any other spreadsheet or Google Drive™ file, and does not collect your Google™ account profile, email address, or contacts.
Permissions the add-on requests, and why
- View and manage spreadsheets that this application has been installed in – to read SellerDragon formulas and write their results into the spreadsheet where you use the add-on, including the hourly background refresh. The add-on cannot open any other spreadsheet.
- Connect to an external service – to send formula requests to SellerDragon servers over an encrypted connection and receive your data.
- Allow this application to run when you are not present – for the hourly background refresh, so your sheet is up to date whenever you or your colleagues open it.
- Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google™ applications – for the add-on menu, the formula builder, and the settings dialogs.
What we store
On SellerDragon servers we store the spreadsheet and tab IDs, the cell positions of your SellerDragon formulas, the formula arguments, and the results we return, so the hourly refresh knows what to update. This record is kept while your account is active and is deleted together with your other data, as described under “Retention and deletion” below.
How we use and share it
Google user data is used only to provide the add-on features you see and use. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not transfer it to third parties, except to the hosting provider that runs SellerDragon, where required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with your prior consent. SellerDragon staff do not read it unless you ask us to for support, or where it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with the law.
Limited Use
SellerDragon’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
You can remove the add-on in Google Sheets™ under Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons, and revoke its access to your Google™ account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have the stored record deleted sooner, contact support@sellerdragon.com.
Amazon policy compliance
We handle information received through Amazon APIs in accordance with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. Access to production data within SellerDragon is restricted, logged, and limited to what operating the service requires.
Retention and deletion
We retain your Amazon store’s historical performance data – sales, advertising, search, and inventory history – for as long as your account is connected, because seasonal, year-over-year, and trend analysis are core functions of the service.
Buyer personal information is discarded during ingestion and never stored, as described above; in no case would any buyer personal information persist beyond 30 days of order delivery.
If you disconnect your Amazon store, revoke SellerDragon’s authorization, or terminate your subscription, all of that store’s data – including the Google Sheets™ records described above – is permanently deleted from SellerDragon systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, invoicing records). After cancelling service, you may also request earlier deletion at support@sellerdragon.com.
Cookies
The public website uses only the cookies required for it to function (such as session and form-security cookies). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@sellerdragon.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
